| I have been working in print and traditional publication media since 1987, when I graduated with a BA in arts and became Art Director for all of Messiah College's publications. Anything that had the institutional logo on it had to come through my office. My coworker, the editor, wrote, edited and proofed everything, and I was responsible for all the layouts, typesetting, photography, and getting it all to press on time.
We put together annual reports, alumni relations magazines, recruitment newsletters and promotional postcards, direct mail and appeal letters for numerous campus events and fundraisers.
My specialty is working on very tight budgets for nonprofits organizations, and as I have been working on my own since 1996, I have established good connections with local printers, and large format display shops, as well as a programmer, several editors and writers who I can bring in on any project that requires their expertise as well.
